• Single Account: Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Password Security: Keeping your login credentials confidential is your responsibility. Sharing your account with anyone else is prohibited.
• KYC Verification: uukk may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

Uukk ensures secure financial transactions through Bangladesh's widely used mobile banking and bank transfer methods. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (Five Hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically completed within 1–24 hours. Verified accounts benefit from faster processing times.
• Identity Match: The name on the withdrawal payment method must match the name registered on the account.
• Transaction Verification: Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the security and integrity of uukk's platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and funds may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to artificially generate profits by abusing the bonus system.
• Knowingly exploiting any system error or bug.
• Attempting to harass or defraud other members.

Uukk believes that betting is an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of problems. That's why we encourage all members to play responsibly and provide the tools to help them do so.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Session Time Limit: You can set a daily limit on how long you spend on the platform.

• Inactive Account: An account will be marked as inactive if there is no activity for 12 months.
